I have got master education in Marine Technology, St. Petersburg, Russian Federation, and in Industrial Technology, Narvik, Norway. From 2008 I have been living in Norway. Now I work as an engineer with water and wastewater projects in the City of Oslo. My main goal is to make suggestions about future funding within water and wastewater infrastructure.
