Knowing that these technologies do not exist in isolation, I try as much to make them relevant in areas of education, healthcare and environment. I recently joined a team of developers and testers in a effort to develop, deploy and support a Land Emission Estimation tool by Moja Global called FLINT and its local implementation called SLEEK. What this tries to achieve is to first provide data for policy makers to be able to protect forests and watersheds. Secondly, this will go a long way in ensuring food security and boost nutrition.
