Patrick Kneip

About

Pat graduated from Rutgers in 1992 with a B.S. in Bio-Environmental Engineering and immediately started a career in environmental consulting with Hixson Architects/Engineers.  He started as an Environmental Engineer, obtained his Professional Engineer (PE) license, and worked his way up to Project Manager over a span of 11 years.   Pat completed and managed projects involving multi-media environmental compliance, wastewater engineering, due-diligence, and remediation.   He also served in leadership roles related to staff, client, and business development.

Pat moved to the industry side in 2003 with Cintas as a Corporate Chemical/Environmental Engineer managing environmental compliance for multiple divisions and international operations.    While at Cintas, he also served in leadership roles related to:  regional/divisional compliance, outside consultant management/consolidation, new product/service compliance, policy development, wastewater pretreatment system standardization, and chlorinated solvent remediation site management.  

Pat returned to consulting in 2010 with PSARA as Vice-President and Principal.  Pat currently leads PSARA's Compliance and Engineering Groups, while also managing the Bloomington, Indiana, branch office.   He is deeply involved in executive leadership for the company, including roles in business operations, staff management, sales/marketing, and strategic planning.
