About

Paul is a Director of a consultancy and practicing Building Service Engineer with 40 years of experience across a wide range of business sectors.  With projects for the MoD, DoD, DfT - STG, FCO, DoH, DEFRA, Home Office Police, NHS Trusts, English Heritage, The National Trust and LEA's in the public sector, Scottish Widow, IBM, Pfizer, National Grid, Bouyge, Kier, Jones Lang Lasalle, Langham Estate Management, Marples International, Marriott, Hilton, and others  in the private sector 

THese have included heritage, refurbishment and new build across a range of building types.  A number of high security facilities such as infrastructure facilities, banks, sorting offices, generating facilities, secure residences in the private sector in the UK and abroad.

Paul currently sits on the Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers, Professional Practice Committee and the British Institute of Facilities Management, Business Continuity and Risk Management Special Interest Group and has held a number of roles in other Institutions he is a member of.

With a range of practical experience covering the public and private sector, conceptual and operational and with a wide range of partners in both the paper and the paperless era of design Paul is able to provide design rationales to address the form function design issues and understand the requirements of security.
