Out of 29 years of my experience, 26 years are from projects field. That too in sales / marketing. Initially I used to book orders stand alone standard equipment for the projects through turnkey contractors. In 1995 I took up channel partnership for M/s. Domex Business Information Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. They compile information on proposed industrial and infrastructural projects in India. The partnership ended in March 2015.

In the year 2000, launched a software compiling data on potential for equipment required in the projects. These data are gathered during systematic pre-enquiry marketing activities. The software helps organize field activities effectively and also presents forecast for the current and up to the next three years. The rights of the software have since been transferred to M/s. Domex. Now it is their product.

In the year 2005, started Projects Tracking Service. This systematic & methodical activity enhances output in the same amount of efforts. There are promoters, consultants & contractors involved in projects also procedures are complicated. We gather data on potential and influential factors well in advance and then sales team is better prepared for negotiations.

The standalone equipment also have replacement market from existing plants. We provide value added data of the plants and Lead Generation services. 

Some organizations have a foresight and conduct census of equipment every 7-8 years. This is to know the technological trends in the market and for targeting growth in the population by replacing competitors’ models with their equivalent one. We have software tool for compiling data gathered in the process.

These are all pre-enquiry marketing activities which help GENERATE more enquiries. The sales department can then encash those opportunities.

Added a new activity - A Franchise for Bio-Digester Tank and Anaerobic Microbial Inoculum (Bacteria). Bacteria inside the tank eat up human waste and what is discharged from the tank is odorless, clear water which can be used for gardening or let into the sewer. This supplements the clean environment mission.
