I am a highly experienced in Marine Protected Area (MPA) management and marine science in Indonesia. I have diverse skill in multi-objective MPA design and planning, marine spatial planning, ecosystem-based management, coral reef fisheries, species management, environmental policy, governance and climate change. I have 15 years experienced on marine resources survey includes on reef fish spawning aggregation, reef health monitoring and marine mammal. I also have experienced on building marine biological monitoring team with local partners in several MPAs in Indonesia. I have developed guidelines and practical tools for marine biological monitoring to assess the management effectiveness of MPAs, and leading marine spatial planning processes in various MPAs in Indonesia. I am a specialist in designing in implementing of marine biological monitoring programs to look coral reef communities and the impacts of human use, reef resilience to climate change, MPAs surveillance system and conservation strategies.
