More than twenty five years of experience in project design, tender procedures as well as project management, supervision and training. Besides his experience as an industrial process engineer, he has fifteen years of experience as project engineer in the water and wastewater as well as in the energy supply and energy efficiency sector. He is familiar with international project management procedures including the procedures of German Financial Cooperation (KfW), WB, IBRD/IDA, EIB, EBRD and EAR. Due to his international work he is familiar with international standards. Radomir assumed leading positions, in which he had to guide and train different technical staff. Least but not last, he is a team player with strong analytical skills and excellent multilingual communication skills shown in different multicultural regions.Industry experience
