Dr. Rajarshi is a trained microbiologist with a management degree specializing in human resource management w; has a professional experience of more than 1.5 decades encompassing academics, research and advocacy in the field of waste water analysis and treatment. Specially trained in Septage Management with numerous publications to his credit and with a knack of Human Resource Development in this field, has been instrumental in setting up the country’s first Faecal Sludge/ Septage Management Laboratory at Nimli, Alwar. Rajasthan. An ardent research planner, implementer & achiever with multi-cultural experience of over 15 years in spearheading Teaching, Training & Development of Lab Operations have gained all these professional experiences remaining Assistant Professor and Laboratory Head with his previous assignments. Presently working as an AVP-R&D a reputed biotoilet/sanitation company, he is engaged in setting up a complete system of R&D rooting from the lab and extending to all the sectors of the work span of the campany ; of Bio-toilets, Bio-digestors and Feacal Sludge Treatment Plants.
