Actually, I am Regional Officer for Africa at the Ramsar Convention Secretariat since September 2015. Before, I was Area Coordinator of GIZ Environmental programme in the north western region of Madagascar for about 5 years and former SIDS Programme Specialist with UNDESA for 3 years for the AIMS region (Atlantic Ocean/Indian Ocean/Mediterranean Sea/South China Sea).
