Raymond Jones

About

Raymond R. Jones has worked in the water treatment industry for over twenty years.  He is currently the Technical Manager for Hungerford & Terry, Incorporated, in Clayton, NJ.  This position has granted him the opportunity to manage the day to day operations of the technical staff. He was originally hired at Hungerford & Terry, Incorporated as a chemical engineer. The chemical engineering duties primarily focused on producing conceptual designs for industrial process and municipal potable water treatment facilities. He also performed pilot and laboratory studies and offered technical guidance to municipal and industrial customers, as well as small system operators.

 

Inversand Company hired Raymond as a chemical engineer, in 2008. His duties focused on regulatory compliance and quality control of Manganese Greensand. This position was also tasked with managing the New Jersey Greensand mining staff and activities for Inversand Company, in Sewel, NJ.

 

Raymond has also had the opportunity to work with smaller residential and commercial water treatment dealers and system operators while working for the Duff Company, as part of their DWC division. Duff Company is located in Norristown, PA.

 

Raymond worked in Ultrapure Water Treatment for Ecolochem Inc. as well as US Filter Corporation.  During his tenure with Ecolochem Inc., starting in 1993, he had the opportunity to travel extensively in North America performing system start-ups and assisting Ecolochem’s customer base with technical issues, as a field service technician. While with the Semiconductor Division of US Filter Corporation, he was allowed the opportunity to be a shift lead and an integral member of the startup team at Dominion Semi-conductor in Manassas, VA.

 

Raymond holds an Environmental Biology degree from Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pa.  He is also certified as a Master Water Specialist (MWS) through the Water Quality Association (WQA).
