Richard Dawson

I have a broad range of experience in government environmental policy and regulations. I have authored government policies ranging from fisheries management in National Parks to Natural Resource Damage Assessment and Restoration for the Department of the Interior. Currently, I am working, as the Department of the Interior's expert advising FEMA during natural disasters on natural and Cultural Resource recovery. This recovery and previous restoration experience has usually involved extensive interactions with water resources management.
