I studied Geology in the University of Asmara, Eritrea. Then I completed my Msc on Water quality and Environmental management from the University of Twente. My thesis was based on deriving inherent optical properties and associated inversion uncertainties in the Naivasha Lake. Currently, I am working with Water Insight as a researcher in the development and testing of optical instruments (Ex. WISP-3) for monitoring water quality.
