 Background of the organization

SHANTINIKETANA RURAL DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY ( R ) KARNATAKA

  Rural Development society is a non- governmental organization that is committed for development of  communities, environment and focused towards improvement of living condition of rural and urban population who are deprived of opportunities and access to facilities such  as water and sanitation, education,and health. Since 2013, the organization is working in both urban and rural areas of Karnataka state implementing various government programmes and schemes. The organizations, Sanitation, INDCP Program development, Community Forests and Agriculture evolving community participation. Currently the organization is operating in urban and rural areas of Tumkur, Ramanagar, Bangalore Rural, Chikkaballapur, Kolar, Hassan, Bellary and Mysore districts
