I am experienced leader, environmental/sustainability expert and manager with more than 20 years of hands-on knowledge on driving excellent external relations with governments, private sector, NGOs and international organisations. Strong skills in environmental management and sustainable development, in accordance with national and EU and IFI’s/international standards (ESMFs/ESIA). Managing office and leading a team driven by establishing an environment for motivated people to do their best work through trust, openness, empathy, honesty and integrity, to reach the highest performance standards and set goals has been an aspiring motivation and driving force throughout my career. Transferable skills that were built with professional experience brought her ability to think strategically and plan through conceptualizing and establishing strategic initiatives and partnerships to propel the achievement of organisation’s goals, and capacity to successfully oversee multiple projects, from conception to completion, and to have an ability to think of innovative ways to improve work, project implementation and business relations.
