30+ years experience evolves around water - information - people. From applied research focusing on waste stream separation in 1987 when refuse was still mixed with organic wastes (now the average household will separate more than 15 to 20 waste streams) to 2017 focusing on people with water knowledge on video - information is key and knowledge transfer the engine of development.

The hype is about innovation. But innovation - real break through developments - live changing events - are rare. It's the constant improvements and applied knowledge - mature and applicable that really make a difference. From the onset of GIS systems to drone mapping now - from DOS to windows 10 and cuda processing of hydrological models on a laptop bought in a grocery (ALDI)

Now a father of three girls (17-15-13) who want to become ballerina's and get 15+ hours of training in a classic master-pupil setting to become ballet masters at 18 - I wish we had that kind of serious training in the water-sector starting at the age of 10...
