About

I am a PhD candidate in the University of Georgia Department of Crop and Soil Sciences.  For my dissertation research, I am investigating the effect of engineering flow paths on water chemistry and flow below mountaintop mining and valley fill operations.  I developed and installed an open source/open platform Arduino-based wireless sensor network to collect hydrogeochemical data at my research site in the eastern Kentucky coal fields.
