My research is in underwater vehicles, ocean energy, material coatings, and design engineering. My underwater vehicles research has developed a number of systems: 3 crawler systems, 2 surface autonomous/remotely operated vehicles (AUVs/ROVs), 3 standard ROVs, 4 standard torpedo AUVs, 2 gliders, 2 flume test systems.
