About
Mr. Shah is an experienced researcher and developmental practitioner having 22 years work experience in the development sector including his present assignment with UN FAO. He has done Post Graduation in Agriculture and has received 16 national and 3 international training certificates. He has demonstrated experience of managing diverse projects, developing programs, and delivering research/advocacy tasks. He possesses strong interpersonal skills and has the ability to work in joint teams with strong independent capacity and decision-making skills. His other experience includes training & capacity building, community mobilization, fund raising, proposal writing, data analysis, writing/editing reports, monitoring/evaluation, event management, networking and moderation of electronic discussion forums. Besides, he has completed more than 50 significant research/advocacy tasks and participated in a number of international and national events as a resource person. He is member of several international/national bodies and as a resource person he has been to 20 countries across the globe for a number of times. He speaks English, Urdu, Punjabi and Saraiki languages fluently and have also good working knowledge of Pashto and Sindhi languages.
