About

I am a PhD research scholar at Centre for Urban Science and Engineering (CUSE), Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IITB) from January 2016. I did M.Tech in Remote Sensing and GIS with specialization in Human Settlement Analysis from Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS) and Andhra University (AU). I did B.Tech in Planning from School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University (JNA&FAU).

I worked as a project research associate at CUSE, IIT Bombay for one year (2015). My work profile in this project includes flood modelling for mega cities of India and urban form classification using satellite images. I worked as GIS Engineer in JSR Planning and Research Consultants in 2014 and the work was related to preparation of GIS-based base maps for various towns in Andhra Pradesh. I also, worked as trainee urban planner in Aarvee Associates architects, engineers & consultants pvt.ltd, in Hyderabad on the preparation of city development plan for various cities in Madhya Pradesh.
