Business development
Developing and executing companies business strategies
Secure jobs to meet the yearly target
Foster effective team work between the Divisional Director and staff
Represent the organization at community activities to enhance the organization's community profile
Lead cross-functional projects within area of responsibility
Instil trust and leadership with the team and being that “go-to” person for mid and junior staff in the business

Ensure that the programs and services offered by the organization contribute to the organization's mission
Monitor the day-to-day delivery of the projects and services of the organization to maintain or improve quality
Monitor and measure team progress against business plan and recommend changes as needed

Understand drivers of customer satisfaction and strive to improve customer experience
