About the Role
As a salesperson, you are the link between our organization and the market. You’ll focus on expanding client relationships, generating new leads, and translating client needs into concrete solutions—together with our technical experts.
You move easily across different industries and collaborate with colleagues from various departments and you know exactly who to involve internally to move a client request forward.
What you will do
- Approach and acquire new international clients (cold and warm acquisition).
- Leverage and expand your own network to open doors.
- Manage relationships with the clients you bring in.
- Support colleagues in strengthening their client relationships.
- Collaborate with technical teams and consultants, to develop and sell our services.
- Spot and seize new international business opportunities.
Who you are
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s level of thinking and at least 4 years of experience in a commercial or consultancy role.
- You have a strong existing network that you know how to leverage effectively.
- A plus: you have a Food & Beverage network or experience in a similar sector, and experience with environmental services.
- A connector who identifies customer needs and assembles the right team to address them.
- A collaborator who thrives in teamwork (no lone wolves).
- Socially skilled and results-oriented, and you keep the CRM system neatly up to date.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Someone who keeps commitments and delivers results within the agreed timeline.
