ACCIONA, in its Water business line, is looking for A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Saudi ArabiaMission: Coordinate, schedule and implement the projects he/she leads within his/her operating area, based on established standards and procedures, developing suitable solutions to errors in approach and specific issues of each situation/internal client. Responsible for administering and updating of processes for the organisation’s accounting, budgets and financial reports. Their main duties include largely the drawing up of budgets and financial reports; conducting financial analyses; and making recommendations to the senior management.

Responsibilities:

Manage financial closing requirements and agreements with the lenders.
Manage drawdown payments with the lenders.
Manage financial risks and its mitigation (e.g. hedging, swap, etc, if applicable)
Manage relationship with auditors and tax agents.
Cooperate in negotiation with contractors and consultants for terms and conditions of the contracts.
Manage claims and disputes.
Manage the Cash Flow.

Requisitos del candidato

Education and experience required:

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in financial function within the continuous process plant/manufacturing sectors.
Demonstrable record of achieving strong financial management of similar sized enterprise in Middle East.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, experience in Big Four Audit Firm is highly appreciated .
Proficiency in accounting (IFRS-IFIRC12)
Experience in managing external auditors
Demonstrable experience of raising finance, taxation and debt management
Experience in financial instruments (hedging, swap, etc.)
Experience in financial model management
Evidence of good oral and written report presentation.
Fluent in written & spoken Arabic and English.
Team management experience
