Senior Contract Manager

ACCIONA Agua is looking for its Headoffices in the Middle East (Dubai) a Senior Contract Manager.
 
Main responsibilities:
 
- Capacity to coordinate daily activities related to contract management in the area by coordinating major contracts for Acciona Agua (a variable team of Contract Managers and Senior Contract Administrators based on the different sites, countries)
- Capacity to coordinate elaboration for all sort of possible claims that are normally found in the construction market (extension of time, scope variations, etc…)
- Close coordination with external contract management companies engaged by Acciona.
- Coordination with Acciona Agua Contract Management Headquarters
- Coordination with other Acciona Contract Management Teams in GCC and the rest of the departments.

Experience/Qualifications:
 
- Masters Degree in Law/Engineering
- More than 15 years of experience in contract management for Construction, Water, or Oil&Gas
- Experience in Middle East
- Availability to travel
