Senior Environmental Engineer Remediation

Job Summary

Aecom is looking for Engineer with a solid expertise in design, installation, operation and maintenance of remediation systems for contaminated soil & groundwater to join a multidisciplinary and continuously growing team.

She/he will be part of a dynamic project team dealing with civil and environmental engineering multinational projects.

This activity includes definition of site conceptual model, remedy design (concept and FEED), procurement, installation, O&M, optimization of remedial systems, and project managment. It is required knowledge of the main emergency action measures, remediation technologies, in situ treatments and processes for design oil/air/water treatment plants.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the position a candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

• 6-8 years experience working on environmental engineering projects

• Italian mother tongue or fluent (C2)

• English verbal and written excellent knowledge

• Excellent Report writing and verbal communication skills

• Outcome and deadline focused

• Ability to work within a project-based and team- based environment

• Initiative - self starter

• Health and Safety conscious

Preferred Qualifications

• Master Degree in Environmental/Chemical Engineering or related field
