In your new role you will:
- Guide and oversee the coordination of resources and project management activities to ensure ‘start-to-finish’ development and delivery of the key complex projects.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff including task delegation, effective performance management, employee engagement, motivation, training, coaching and mentoring of staff and developing a teamwork culture.
- Assure oversight and implementation of AlburyCity’s project management system focused on water and wastewater projects
- What sets you apart:
- Proven water and wastewater project and infrastructure management capability.
- Demonstrated experience in water and wastewater treatment and distribution systems.
- Significant background in the initiation, development and delivery of complex water and wastewater programs and projects
You will need to have:
- Degree in a relevant science, applied science or engineering discipline or equivalent relevant work experience that can be associated with the position requirements.
- Strong background and experience in water and wastewater or related Engineering discipline.
- Significant experience in the development, construction and operations of processing or infrastructure related capital works.
