• Focus on Irrigation and Water Business in India related to pump business 
• Will be overall responsible for business development and its growth of pump business specially in Irrigation and water sector in India
• Preparation, planning and executing business plan and strategy for Irrigation sector
• Generate leads, work on projects from beginning together with all the stake holders in market to formulate the strategies and plans
• Receiving enquiries from sales team, customers, pump selection, proposal preparation and its presentation according to market expectations
• Maintain good relation keep track of people, partners and policies related to irrigation and water sector
• Evaluating enquiries/tenders and decision to BID/NO BID, Making BOM, costing and GM sheet for management approval
• Preparation of information and technical support to, sales- and order processing team in the successful execution of project.
• Close co-operation with customer, sales team, R&D, product management for design and development of new products for pumps (Austria, China, Germany, India), engineering for specific products
• Provide engineering and technical support to sales team and customers from Irrigation and water sector.
• Support documentary work and product applications.
• Should be team player, quick Learner, open minded and flexible to adopt new process and technologies 
• Co-ordination and support from all user departments from technology homes as well as local team members of sales, project, quality, manufacturing supply chain etc. 

Fundamental knowledge of Hydraulic Engineering design, layouts and calculations
