Process R&D Manager

Requirements
·        Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering - Chemistry / Environment - must

·        At least 6+ years of experience in the R&D industry preferably in water treatment systems or process planning

·        Proven experience in managing multiple development projects simultaneously – must

·        Fluent English

·        Experience in time and budget management

·        Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems

·        organization and order skills

Responsibilities
·        Lead R&D processes

·        Leading complex multidisciplinary projects that require extensive technical knowledge

·        Establish and improve the product development lifecycle

·        Build and manage the work plans for development

·        Allocation of resources in the department

·        Identify risks, bottlenecks, challenges and find the solutions

·        Work closely with the R&D Manager / CTO as well as external stakeholders

·        Control of schedules and budget
