About the role
- Leading cross-territory and organization-wide projects and tasks
- Task management and follow-up to ensure execution
- Ongoing interface with the company’s management team in Israel and abroad
- Providing support for CEO’s legal, marketing, and financial activities
- Preparing materials and presentations for meetings & internal discussions
- Summarizing discussions and CEO decisions, including follow-up and ensuring tasks are carried out across the organization
Qualifications
- Law, economics or marketing degree or similar qualification
- Ability to work in team and manage processes with management and work teams
- Ability to learn independently and deepen knowledge of new topics
- Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and manage processes in a structured and systematic manner
- Creating presentations and work plans
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of the organizational tools utilized (Office and other programs)
- Good English skills (other languages – advantage)
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or similar role in global organizations – must
Hybrid working model – offices in Beit Shemesh area, Rehovot and Caesarea
