Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

About the role

• Leading cross-territory and organization-wide projects and tasks
• Task management and follow-up to ensure execution
• Ongoing interface with the company’s management team in Israel and abroad
• Providing support for CEO’s legal, marketing, and financial activities
• Preparing materials and presentations for meetings & internal discussions
• Summarizing discussions and CEO decisions, including follow-up and ensuring tasks are carried out across the organization

Qualifications

• Law, economics or marketing degree or similar qualification
• Ability to work in team and manage processes with management and work teams
• Ability to learn independently and deepen knowledge of new topics
• Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and manage processes in a structured and systematic manner
• Creating presentations and work plans
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of the organizational tools utilized (Office and other programs)
• Good English skills (other languages – advantage)
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or similar role in global organizations – must

Hybrid working model – offices in Beit Shemesh area, Rehovot and Caesarea
