Atoco, Inc. is a startup company founded by the distinguished scientist Prof. Omar Yaghi, the inventor of MOF and COF chemistry. Atoco is currently working on commercializing technologies in the fields of atmospheric water harvesting and CO2 capture, thus well positioned to mitigate some of the most severe implications of global climate change globally. Atoco is positioned where Greentech meets Nanotech.

Roles and Responsibilities

This position will join a small but growing team of marketeers and business developers, managing all aspects of marketing, from product research, market intelligence, and business development to digital marketing, PR, and event for Atoco.

Atoco came out of stealth in 2023 but the product offerings are yet to be released for sales. Right now, we are preparing the grounds for product commercialization across the two business verticals: Carbon Capture and Atmospheric Water Harvesting (AWH).

This position focuses on the atmospheric water harvesting area but operates in close alignment with the Product Marketing Specialist for the carbon capture area.

As Product Marketing Specialist for the AWH-area, it is important that the candidate possess a deep understanding of the water segment at large, while also possesses a comprehensive B2B marketing toolbox, ranging from intelligence, analytics, and strategy in one end and content and omni-channel deployment in the other end:

Qualifications & Requirements

Essentially, the Product Marketing Specialist for the AWH-area act as a bridge between Technology and R&D on one side and Commercial functions on the other, translating technical features into customer value that truly resonate with the needs in the market. It is important that the Product Marketing Specialist is comfortable working with both scientists, engineers, and commercially oriented colleagues.
