The Marketing Manager will work on a diverse set of products and services, including publications and membership recruitment and retention.
This role is responsible for two key focus areas:
Integrated Campaign Development & Execution
You’ll play a key role in development and execution of campaigns with a goal of increasing publication sales so that water professionals have access to timely, relevant content to keep our water safe from source to tap. To include:
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders. Manage changes in project scope, schedules and costs.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to perform segmentation, targeting, positioning, and recommend marketing mix.
• Manage stakeholders through frequent communications, reporting, and ongoing assessment of progress on projects to meet needs and expectations.
Campaign Reporting/Evaluation
Track performance against identified KPIs and leverage previous intelligence to enhance results with each subsequent campaign. To include:
• Analyze data, assess market trends, conduct content review, prepare reports, and make business decisions to achieve strategic objectives of increasing brand awareness, generating leads and growing revenue
• Monitor and track digital marketing efforts and assess effectiveness & alignment with marketing strategy
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Minimum of 5 years marketing support experience required
• Ability to write engaging, clear, and concise marketing copy and messaging that influences prospects to purchase
• Project management experience
• Proficient in MS Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with automation and marketing operations tools
Targeted pay range is $68,000-$70,000 per year and is paired with comprehensive benefits package that includes:
• Immediate eligibility and vesting for retirement savings plan with a 6% employer contribution and 3% company match upon hire
