Tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordination of the group resources and expertise for planning and construction of waste water and waste gas treatment plants and installations outside battery limits reaching into inside battery limits
- Supply of project management as well as development of project plans and calculations
- Maintenance of technological expertise in the respective field of the group
- Maintenance and development of network throughout E&T and Bayer with respect to waste effluent treatment plants
- Continuous improvement of efficiency and excellence of project work in the group
Who you are
- University degree (PhD, Master) and several years of professional work experience as a project area manager/engineering manager (m/f/d) in investment projects
- Excellent expertise in the field of waste effluent treatment
- Experience in using customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings
- Very high leadership, management and stakeholder skills
- Ability to attract and develop talent, to meet their career goals as well as current and future business needs
- International and multicultural experience preferred
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and conflicts
- Excellent communication skills
