YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate the complete engineering process in all project phases in the field of wastewater treatment and take responsibility for
quality, cost and schedules - Develop project scope and resulting cost and schedule estimates
- Develop project-specific solutions, taking into account specific engineering and environmental standards and norms
- Coordinate several trades and different disciplines
- Economically handle subprojects in the field of wastewater treatment
- Take environmental protection, occupational safety and hazard prevention issues into consideration
WHO YOU ARE
- Successfully completed university studies in an engineering subject, e.g. process or environmental engineering
- Solid experience in infrastructure, environmental protection and/or wastewater treatment projects
- Knowledge and experience in the use of required tools for project delivery
- Current knowledge of relevant best practices, internal regulations as well as legal regulations and standards within the Bayer Group
- Good understanding of interfaces when working with different trades and disciplines
- Above-average communication skills, customer orientation and ability to deal with ambiguities and conflicts
- Ability to develop independent solutions to complex issues with technical and non-technical challenges
- Experience in dealing with high complexity in terms of stakeholder, conflict and claims management
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
