To strengthen our Product Management group, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager. If you
enjoy developing strategies, shape products, bring them to market on time and within budget and make
decisions with the big picture in mind, join us and add to our business and technical expertise! Be the voice
of the customer during the product development process, and enable the creation of targeted and strong
product solutions. You will have the overview on the product life cycle, from strategic planning and tactical
implementation to measurement and ongoing optimization.
This position will report directly to the Head of Product Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Define and develop the product strategy, based on a strong interaction with customers
● Conduct relevant research studies applying market intelligence
● Define, specify, and prioritise market and product requirements
● Manage and communicate product roadmap in collaboration with R&D and management
● Contribute to exploratory projects with R&D. Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products
● Manage the PLM process in collaboration with your superior and the whole team
● Create and maintain profit and loss documentation (NPV calculations for new products)
● Collaborate within PM to identify gaps and assess opportunities (partners, licences)
● Conduct or support product presentation (commercial and/or technical sessions)
● Develop product training plans and deliver it to channel partners
● Stay tuned on the competing technologies and products, as well as industry trends and innovations

YOUR PROFILE
● 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager. Demonstrated success in product launches
● Scientific education, engineering or microbiology PhD appreciated. Experience in drinking water
market is an advantage
● Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
● Solid leadership skills, strong entrepreneurial thinking with proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams without formal authority
● Exemplary interpersonal communication skills, excellent written and verbal English.
German and French beneficial
● Team player building new bridges with others, both internal and external parties
● Natural tendency to be positive, creative, and curious
● Ability to work under pressure. Adaptable to rapidly changing situations
● Genuine empathy toward customers and commitment to diving into the weeds on their challenges

ABOUT US
