Business Stream offers a reliable service and the comfort of knowing you can always get support on issues and queries; but what’s more, we proactively look for ways that our customers can make savings. Since market opening we’ve saved our customers over £133m. By engaging with customers to find solutions that fit their businesses, we’ve helped customers make over £36 million worth of efficiency savings overall. In terms of water, that’s a saving of over 24 billion litres and in terms of carbon, that’s a saving of 42,000 tonnes of CO2. We're also leading the way in the deregulation of the English non-household water market.
