Engineering Lead - Utility SaaS Product

We are looking for Tech Lead to join our team and lead the development of Smart 360, Bynry's cloud based, AI-enabled SAAS product for small and mid-size utility distributors.

As a technical lead, you will guide the technical vision and execution of a software Product/Platform, initiative or technology. You are the one who influences technical direction, implementation choices, coding styles, the establishment of best practices, and technical standards. You should have hands on experience in the following technologies/languages:

• Python 2.7 , 3.1 ( Must )
• Angular ( Choice )
• PostGre ( Choice )
• Flutter
• Django
• DevOps
• Deployment on cloud ( One of the Public Clouds )
• Security Certifications ( PCI - DSS )
• You have completed 3 full cycle of product development and implementation from scratch (Nice to have) or 3 full cycles.
• Strong experience with frameworks like REST API , micro services, Cloud/Mulitcloud , multi tenant architecture is must.

Responsibilities

• Design and Implement the Software Framework for the product
• Lead the engineering efforts for Bynry.
• Check team’s work for technical accuracy
• Conduct Code Reviews and ensure Coding Standards and best practices are followed.
• Conduct Impact Analysis
• Technical Capacity Planning
• Set System SLAs, Metrics and Monitoring methods
• Provide Platform Direction and set a system roadmap
• Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, product features, and processes.

Requirements
● You have 8-15 years of hands on product engineering experience, preferably

with a B2B SaaS high-growth product or platform in an agile, cloud

continuous delivery environment;

● Hands-on experience on technologies such as Angular, Flutter, Python

DevOps, AWS and multi tenant cloud applications.

● Experience with Utilities or telecom industry, building CRM, BIlling, Workforce

automations, unified communication / collaboration or productivity

are a plus

● Proven track record of balancing long-term critical thinking with tactical

execution of multiple development plans

● High-growth technology company experience, ideally in a platform company

that has scaled to hundreds of millions of users

● Ability to think critically and objectively; excellent problem solving skills and

the ability to make quick decisions based on business demands.

● Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete

action plans

Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems
