Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing:  Work on payroll processing activities, including salary calculations, statutory deductions, and statutory compliance.
• Accounting:  Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Tax Compliance:  Assist with the preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns.
• Financial Reporting:  Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Financial Close:  Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.
• Financial Planning & Analysis:  Support budgeting and forecasting activities, conduct financial analysis, and prepare MIS reports.
• Cash Flow Management:  Monitor cash flow, identify potential risks and opportunities, and implement strategies for cash flow optimization.
• Compliance:  Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, including Indian and US GAAP, Company Act, and CS regulations.
