Chainama College of Health Sciences

About

Chainama College of Health Sciences is the training wing of the Ministry of Health, and is the only institution responsible for training Medical Licentiates (ML), Clinical Officers General (COG), Clinical Officers Psychiatry (COP), Environmental Health Technologists (EHT), Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMHN), Ophthalmic Clinical Officer (OCO), Ophthalmic Nurses and Counsellors in Zambia.

Chainama College of Health Sciences has an obligation to contribute to the education and training of professional health workers with a view to providing quality and excellent health care to the general public, with a focus on rural communities.
