Salary Range: $120,000-$200,000 dependent on experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As a Project Manager - Water/Wastewater, your responsibilities will include delivering municipal Water/Wastewater projects through planning, design, and construction phases with excellent client service and quality in mind. We'll count on you to:
- Lead multidisciplinary technical teams (Consor staff and subconsultants)
- Manage work programs, project schedules, and budgets
- Provide excellent client service and quality management
- Write technical memoranda, engineering reports, and planning studies
- Develop and deliver complete design and project bid packages
- Assist with business development and winning the next project (i.e., developing Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and proposals)
Required Credentials
- Minimum of 10 years relevant water/wastewater engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington state, or the ability to obtain reciprocity upon employment
- BS in Engineering
- Experience managing municipal water/wastewater projects
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Planning and design experience with water/wastewater projects
- Proven experience delivering comprehensive plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E)
- Project management experience, including developing scopes of work, reviewing invoices, and managing client communications
- Proven ability to manage several subconsultants and internal staff on a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience and interest in mentoring junior staff
- Prior consulting experience managing municipal (state, county, city) projects
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and MS Project
- Experience with hydraulic modeling software used to analyze water, storm water, and/or wastewater systems
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with multiple priorities
- Attention to detail, delivering quality work products and excellent client service
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills- you clearly convey subtleties in complex designs to your team, client, and stakeholders
- Demonstrated success working on multidisciplinary engineering projects

Possible Compensation: The pay range for this role is based on several factors including education, experience, training, licensure and certifications, work location, specific job duties and other organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual and spot incentive program, stock options or ownership (based on individual and company performance).
