Convergence
About
Development of a custom fluid handling system is a complicated and time consuming process. Examples of these systems are membrane test systems, leak test systems, microfluidic systems, flow-curve testers or custom gas-mixers.
Convergence is specialized at designing and constructing these systems . Typically this process consists of the following steps:
- Determining what has to be controlled and measured and how this is done; this requires specific component knowhow. Convergence can assist with advice on components and P&IDs.
- Component Assembly and Construction; compact systems are built, calibrated and validated by Convergence. If specific system features are required, these are validated before delivery.
- System Automation; the most time consuming part when inexperienced with system building. Convergence's user-friendly software package allows instant use.
- Automation with Customer's Processes; this is an important customization step of software features, data post processing and database storage. It allows the customer to integrate the equipment as good as possible into existing production lines.
- On-site Installation; service and improvement; an important aspect for many new designed systems that require a period of validation and testing. This saves the customer in set-up time and maintenance.
