Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the research and development of enzyme or probiotic projects, design and implementation of project-related R&D experimental programs, analysis of experimental reports, discovery of problems and timely solutions.
- Summarize issues in the pre-sales and post-sales processes and provide solutions. Manage the entire life cycle of products and services, assist with market research and technical support.
- Responsible for market research, collecting industry-related information and integrating resources, explore new services and techniques.
- Collaborate with the technical team, responsible for international sales of products and services, and for the development and maintenance of customer relations
- Hold conferences or meetings to communicate with and report to clients, establish and maintain stable and long-term cooperation with clients.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D., major in biological/biochemical sciences with a firm knowledge in the field. Experiences in protein science, enzyme science, microbiology, probiotics preferred
- Ability to work under limited supervision and to handle problems of a more difficult nature.
- Ability to read professional literature and track the development of the discipline.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to independently undertake the management of the project, thinking and solving problems.
- Highly responsible and patient, good at cooperation and teamwork.
