Online Chlorine Dioxide & Chlorine Analyzer with AS3 Sensor for Hot Water upto 70℃

The Online Chlorine Dioxide & Chlorine Analyzer is equipped with German-made high-performance amperometric sensor AS3 for precise free chlorine/chlorine dioxide monitoring in drinking/hot water (up to 70°C). Operating via a potentiostatic three-electrode system, it delivers accurate, stable signals to support long-term disinfection control and water safety. It integrates seamlessly with control systems, offering analog (voltage/4-20 mA), digitally processed analog, and digital Modbus RTU outputs. Equipped with integrated automatic temperature compensation (0-70°C), the W510-DAS3 combines rugged design, advanced electrochemistry, and low-maintenance features. It’s a cost-effective solution for reliable disinfectant monitoring in challenging water treatment processes with high temperatures or aggressive conditions.

Working Principle

The entire measurement system mainly consists of two parts: the instrument and the sensor. The instrument displays the chlorine or dioxide chlorine value (the main measured value), the pH value of the aqueous solution (a pH electrode needs to be selected optionally), and the working status. It outputs signals such as analog, digital, and switching signals. The AS3 is a robust amperometric sensor built for challenging water monitoring tasks. Its PEEK housing provides superior resistance to high temperatures (up to 70°C) and harsh chemicals, making it perfect for precise measurement of free chlorine or chlorine dioxide in demanding industrial and drinking water applications.

Application Fields

Disinfection control in drinking water treatment plants (municipal and industrial).

Monitoring of process water in applications requiring hot water (up to 70°C), such as in the food and beverage industry.

Cooling water systems.

Any application using chlorine dioxide as a disinfectant.

Key Features

High-Temp & Chemical Resistance:PEEK material ensures long-term reliability in aggressive environments and hot water systems.

Proven Measurement Principle:Potentiostatic 3-electrode system guarantees high accuracy and long-term stability.

Output Flexibility:Choose from analog voltage/current outputs or digital Modbus RTU for easy integration into any control system.

Optimized Maintenance: The optional RV1 cleaning accessory extends cleaning cycles to 6-12 months and boosts the signal strength.
