Online Free Chlorine Analyzer with CCF1.0 Sensor for Drinking Water
Published on by Susan Su for Dabeco
This free chlorine analyzer consists of an instrument with LCD display and a German Reiss-powered free chlorine sensor CCF1.0, which redefines water quality monitoring with three-electrode constant amperometry. It eliminates electrolytes and membrane caps for zero maintenance, cutting 90% of labor/time costs, and also has special features of easy handling, signal stability in chlorine-free operation, fast response time, short run-in time, 8-bar pressure resistance, strong tolerates surfactants.
This analyzer 510-CCF1.0 is applied in swimming pools and drinking water plants.
Ambient Conditions
stable pH value
max. temperature: 45 °C
max. pressure: 8 bar
Conductivity: 0.2 to 10 mS/cm
Water Flow: 5~100cm/s
Core Applications
Swimming Pool Water: Public/private pools, water parks—ensures disinfection efficiency while preventing over-chlorination (avoiding skin/eye irritation).
Drinking Water: Municipal water treatment plants, secondary water supply stations, and centralized water systems (hotels, schools, enterprises)—complies with drinking water safety standards by monitoring residual free chlorine levels.
