Online Ozone Analyzer with OZ1.2 Sensor for Process Water

The online ozone analyzer for process water is equipped with a German-made OZ1.2 sensor, utilizing a membrane-covered amperometric 2-electrode system to accurately measure ozone concentration in surfactant-free water (swimming pool water, drinking water, service water, process water), featuring automatic temperature compensation, <1% monthly slope drift, 15-second T90 response time, and versatile configurations. It is not suitable for detecting the absence of ozone (i.e., no ozone present).
Featuring an LCD screen, the instrument can automatically identify measured parameters. It has current 4-20mA and RS485 output, allows free setting of the measurement range, and is equipped with high and low limit alarm prompts, three-way relay control switches, an adjustable hysteresis range, and multiple automatic electrode calibration methods.

It is widely used in drinking water, swimming pool water, process water, and cooling water.

Working Principle

The sensor adopts a membrane-covered amperometric 2-electrode system. Ozone in water diffuses through the semipermeable membrane, triggering electrochemical reactions at the electrodes. This generates measurable electrical signals (analog, digital, or 4-20mA) that correlate directly with ozone concentration. Integrated temperature compensation ensures consistent performance across environmental fluctuations, while avoiding sudden temperature changes optimizes stability.

Core Features

Application Scenarios

Ideal for ozone concentration monitoring in:

Critical Note: The water must be free of surfactants (tensides) for accurate measurement.
