Deputy CEO/ Head of Operations

We are looking for an experienced Deputy CEO to drive our Company’s growth and to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations.
In this role, you will be directly managing the Company’s different departments including business development, engineering, marketing, HR, IT, and operations. You will be responsible for the planning and coordination of the organization’s KPIs.
Your main goal will be to significantly assist the CEO in handling the day-to-day operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of all departments within the company
- Creating clear and efficient work processes.
- Design and implementation of the Company business strategies, plans, budgets, and procedures
- Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Establishing policies that promote the company’s culture and vision.
- Leading and motivating employees to encourage maximum performance.
- Evaluating employee performance by analyzing and interpreting performance data and metrics.
- Preparing and submitting reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
- Assisting the CEO in fundraising ventures and participating in expansion activities including investments, acquisitions, and corporate partnerships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or CEO/Managing director
- Native or Native level English speaker – a MUST!
- Understanding and proven direct management of diverse business functions such as HR, Finance, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Experience in fundraising – an advantage.
- Experience in public companies – an advantage.
- Experience in renewable energy companies – a significant advantage.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Experience in a startup company – an advantage.
- Problem solver and hands-on operator.
