Position Summary

The Project Engineer III manages large-scale internal projects and consolidation of mergers and acquisitions. Project management responsibilities include coordinating and completing projects on time within budget and scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project. The Process Engineer will work directly with business partners to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

•    Direct and contribute to the overall health & execution of a project scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget.  
•    Customer interface throughout the execution of the project. 
•    Responsible for technical and financial aspects of projects. 
•    Regularly reports projects and status to project stakeholders. 
•    Leading/facilitating/conducting team meetings for Project execution. 
•    Analyze the financial health of the project, low to medium complexity project. 
•    May support senior-level PM in project execution. 
•    General product knowledge and application.

•    May assist in technical review of systems. 
•    Identify risks on projects.
•    Identify change opportunities and may negotiate change orders. 
•    Understand execution strategy and planning

Position Requirements

FORMAL EDUCATION: 
Requires 
•     BS/BA degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

2.  KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: 
•    4-10 years’ experience in Project Management, planning or manufacturing
•    Able to identify and solution problem with business partners
•    Develop general arrangement, process flow, design drawings (such as layouts), P&IDs, and standard operating procedures
•    Generate project proposals and coordinate interdisciplinary teams to execute project scope
•    Candid and timely communication. 
•    Take initiative. 
•    Detail oriented; understanding of ERP system.
•    Advanced understanding of MS Office (project, word, excel)
•    Forward thinking. 
•    Basic business acumen
•    Basic project environment. 
•    Good organizational skills. 
•    Drive project financial performance (forecasting, revenue, margin) 
•    PowerBI, Microsoft Apps, CAD, VISIO, SAP
•    Able to executive tasks autonomously; limited guidance required for complex tasks.
•    Able to collaborate with other disciplines.
