MUSICX and Source online training courses in February 2023
We are pleased to let you know we will be running the following MUSICX and Source online training courses in February 2023. These courses will demonstrate time-saving modelling techniques and typically include highly interactive discussions. Topics can be tailored to the learning requirements of attendees.
  1. Stormwater Modelling using eWater MUSICX
    Date:  7-8 February 2023 ; Time: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm; Cost $1,800 (ex GST);  Prerequisite: None
    The two-day (15 hrs) complete course covers stormwater modelling using MUSICX and its application in the development and/or assessment of Water Sensitive Urban Design.  The course will also cover MUSIC-link – the tool developed to streamline the process for assessing the WSUD compliance against guidelines from a specific council or authority.

  2. Source Catchment Modelling
    Date:   14 February   2023 ; Time: 9:30 am - 3.30 pm; Cost $750 (ex GST); Prerequisite: None 
    This short course (5 hrs) covers a basic introduction to catchment modelling, defining and delineation of catchments, rainfall-runoff models, climatic data and model parameterisation,  c alibration of rainfall-runoff models.
     
  3. Source River System Modelling 
    Date:  15 February 2023 ; Time: 9:30 am - 2.30 pm; Cost $600 (ex GST); Prerequisite: None 
    This short course (4 hrs) covers a basic introduction to river system model elements, the building of river-system model, configuring storages, minimum flows, supply points and water users.

  4. MUSICX Refresher 
    Date:   16 February 2023;  Time: 9:30 am to 3:30 pm; Cost $750 (ex GST); Prerequisite:  Previous training or experience in MUSIC v6
    This short  transitioning  course  (5 hrs) covers an introduction to MUSICX and MUSIC-Link , how to build new models &  assess existing models  in MUSICX, how to configure climate data, how to bring existing M USIC (v6)  models into MUSICX, how to assess pre- & post-development modelling scenario.

A credit of 50% of the training course fee paid can be used towards a new eWater software (same product) license purchase within the next six months.
