Now, it is known that water are more expensive when they are contaminated because of regulation issues and the need to take special care like treatments before release to the sewage or transporting to authorized sites for farther treatments. in Israel for example water contaminated with heavy metals can cost up to 800$ per cubic meter. The customer is more than happy to pay half the price for water reuse.
