GA Business Consultants Limited is a consultancy firm registered in Kenya in 2010. Our mission is to serve as a resource base for programme designs, research and innovation, programme reviews, evaluations and assessments that focus on community development and sustainability of community based development projects. These includes comprehensive reviews of programme design and relevance, frameworks, implementation plans, Monitoring and evaluation systems, partnerships, and expected outcomes.

 

GA Business Consultants Limited has vast experience accumulated over the years in project reviews and evaluation aimed at establishing critical project information and statistics, data trends on key programme indicators (retention, access, transition, and repetition), documenting project achievements, challenges and learnings. This also aims to establish whether the project interventions are still relevant and are on course and where necessary make recommendations for improvements. At the centre of our reviews or evaluations are the baseline values to enable review of progress towards achievement of project outputs and outcomes.

 

Our main strength lies in deep understanding of project reviews and evaluation approaches and ability to collect evidence for determining economy, effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, appropriateness and equity of a given intervention. Our reviews are holistic and involves identifying current needs, identifying capacities gaps, identifying opportunities and proposing actions or sustainability strategies for effective delivery of future project interventions.
