The Communications department at GF is responsible for internal and external communications at the corporate level. This includes, among other things, media relations, corporate branding, the production of various publications (including the award-winning employee magazine Globe), and digital media (website, intranet, social media).

Your tasks

• Development and implementation of the corporate social media strategy
• Development of effective social media content and campaigns, coordinated with our divisions and the corporate Content Team
• Definition of KPIs to measure success and user engagement with corporate social media channels
• Content planning, copywriting, content optimization and support to the Content Team, as well as for other channels, with a strong focus on digital

Your profile

• University degree in relevant field or degree from a University of applied science
• Relevant education/trainings in social media and/or digital communications
• Excellent copywriting and language skills in English and German (English native speaker or near-native knowledge)
• Excellent knowledge of social media landscape, storytelling and digital communication
• 5+ years experience in social media content management
• Strong copywriting/content management experience in communication departments or company newsrooms
• Work experience in matrix organizations
• Additional communication experience is welcome
• Team-oriented, proactive, open-minded, motivated, responsible, hands-on attitude, able to communicate with different hierarchy levels
