Automation & Control Systems engineer/ PLC Programmer

We are looking for an Automation & Control Systems Engineer/PLC Programmer to expand our engineering team in Manila Office (Philippines). As PLC and SCADA-PLC programmer you write and program PLC operating systems and you develop SCADA applications for innovative wastewater and energy projects. All operating information regarding the project is established by you.

The work will be performed primarily in Manila. However, you have to be willing to travel ± 20% of your time in order to commission the necessary installations on location.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

• Development and programming of the PLC-control and SCADA systems;
• Software development and test performance;
• Program installation on clients’ site;
• Conducting inspections;
• Troubleshooting and finding solutions of the interruptions
• Writing technical reports

Candidate’s profile:

• You have proven relevant experience as a PLC and SCADA programmer;
• Able to perform well under pressure;
• You are proficient in the English language (both spoken and written) – knowledge of Spanish and other languages is an advantage.
